Booking becomes effective as soon as the owner will send the 25% booking amount of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night by booked room. The prices include all the charges except the stay tax.
By the customer : All cancellation must be done by letter with receipt or e-maill addressed to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay :
If the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the beginning of the stay, the booking amount will be reimbursed to the booker.
If the cancellation is made between 24 hours and less than 10 days before the beginning of the stay, the booking amount will be keep by to the owner.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the booking amount will be keep by the owner who keep the right to ask the rest of the total amount.
b) If the owner does not give news before 7 :00 pm the day where it’s planned he arrives, the contract become null and the owner keeps the possibility to ask for the total amount of the stay.
c) In case of shorter stay than scheduled, the owner could asks for the corresponding price of the total cost of the entire stay. The additional services which are not used will be reimbursed.
By the owner : When the owner cancels the booking before the beginning of the stay, the owner has to inform the customer by a signed letter or by e-mail. The customer will be reimbursed immediately of the total of the paid amount, without other compensations.
Welcoming : the normal hours to arrive are between 6 :00 pm and 21 :00 pm. In case of later arrival time , the customer has to inform La Foulerie. Start : the normal hours to leave La Foulerie are between 8 :00 am and 12 :00 am. Breakfast: Monday to Saturday from 7 :30 am to 9 :30 am, on Sunday between 9 :00 and 11 :00 am.
In La Foulerie the customer must respect the calm of the place and use it such as bed&breakfast and not differently. He engages himself to let the rooms in good state and all the equipment he has founded when he arrived.
The bedroom capacity is established for an accurate number of persons. If the customer number overtakes the number of persons defined during the booking, the owner could refuse the additional persons or ask for the corresponding additional amount.
For hygien , peaceful and secure reasons, the animals are not accepted at La Foulerie. In case of non respect of this article, La Foulerie can refuse the animals. This situation can not be considered as a change or a cancellation of the booking decided by the owner, then in this case there is no reimbursement.
